WanDisco are a software company who were looking for a mobile app to train people how to use their programs. With a section of their website already dedicated to training, WanDisco wanted to translate this information to an application.

 

Knowing that WanDisco are a quirky software company and understanding that they wanted an application to reflect this, I set about designing a bold interface, without losing a simple UI. The result was a menu wheel with each section of the app a button. Once the user selects an icon, the app gives a short description of that section and a second tap takes the user to it. The sections included 'webinars', reference cards, step by step training, and login functionality.

 

Unfortunately this app was only ever created as a beta framework and as yet hasn't been released.
